Ordering from Menses
We aim to despatch all orders within a maximum of 14 days from you placing
the order. If, for any reason, we cannot despatch your order within this
time we will inform you of the delay via email.
All orders are despatched within 12 hours of credit card processing.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Keeper from Menses
return it to us and we will refund the full purchase price.
We aim to respond and sort out any complaints within 5 working days.
Menses can usually be contacted by telephone between 10.30am and 3.00pm
Monday to Friday. If we are not there leave your phone number and we will
get back to you as soon as possible.
None of this affects your statutory rights under U.K. law

Privacy
We only collect the information
necessary to process your order.
We do not pass this information
on to any third parties.
We do not collect sensitive
information about you.
We will not e-mail you in
the future about anything other than The Keeper.
The personal information
which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security
policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.
The only information we
hold is your name, email address, postal address, what you ordered, and
how much it cost.
Your credit
card details are entered over a secure link. Your payment is authorised
off-line, once authorised we do not retain your credit card information.
You can check the information
that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will
delete or correct it promptly.
